I was born inĀ Mexico City and grow up on the North-Central part of Mexico, Comarca Lagunera.
My professional career was agriculture, with emphasis on forage production and forage nutritive value. Silage fermentation caught my interest and I conducted for several years research with one of the best silage experts on the world, Richard E. Muck. The biochemistry of fermentation is an amazing field.
My Vision as Researcher is that we can produce food, either from plants or animals, without jeopardizing the environment. To achieve this, it is necessary to conduct research that brings answer and solutions to farmers.
